NOTUS, the God of the South wind, is a prestigious Minervois produced from 100% syrah grapes. The Minervois, named after the ancient city of Minerve, built by the Romans in dedication to the goddess of wisdom, is one of the oldest wine regions in the Languedoc Roussillon. The appellation extends from the foot of the Black Mountains to the Canal du Midi.
