NOTUS, the God of the South wind, is a prestigious Minervois produced from 100% syrah grapes. The Minervois, named after the ancient city of Minerve, built by the Romans in dedication to the goddess of wisdom, is one of the oldest wine regions in the Languedoc Roussillon. The appellation extends from the foot of the Black Mountains to the Canal du Midi. NOTUS is sourced from a single vineyard in the heart of the Minervois.<h3>Nuages & Vents</h3>"Hautes couture" of the Appellations from the Languedoc Roussillon, this range is the result of a strict selection of terroirs and grapes vinified and aged with great care, giving 5 remarkable expressive and intense wines, but limited volumes : - Cumulo Nimbus (Minervois, red) - Boréas (Coteaux du Languedoc, red) - Stratus (Corbières, red) - Eurus (Coteaux du Languedoc, white) - Zephyr (Limoux, white).<h3>Passion</h3>PASSION, a range created by ABBOTTS and illustrated by Eric Besson to form a series expressing our passion for wine and art.<h3>Nuages</h3>The range " Clouds " includes 1 minervois "Cumulus Reserve".
