The climate is hot and sunny with very dry summers, rainy periods in spring, cool winters and frequent wind which drains the soils. <h3>Vinification</h3>This wine is vinified traditionaly with a long maceration period. <h3>Elevage</h3>The ageing takes place in tanks. <h3>Analyses</h3> <h3>Notes de dégustation</h3>With its beautiful robe with ruby and garnet-red tints, Flavius offers ripe red berries flavours enhanced by spicy hints and a fleshy tannic structure. Very harmonious, round and meaty on the palate, this wine has a remarkable long finish. <h3>Mets et Vins</h3>Served at 15°-16°C, this wine is excellent with traditional cooking, roasted meat or with
