In the “Rivesaltais” area, one of the hottest and sunniest “terroirs” in Languedoc.
Grenache and Mourvèdre are han-picked. All de-stemmed and with a long skin maceration. Carignan is vinified by carbonic maceration.
Blended and stored in tanks except for 30% of teh wine which is matured in French oak barrels.

It has a nice deep colour and offers a cherry, plum, raspberry and spicy character which dominate the nose. The palate is soft and luscious making it a perfect wine for drinking now.
An excellent accompaniment to freshly prepared salads and Mediterranean char-grilled and vegetable dishes.
