Located on the eastern side of the Minervois on the slopes of the “Black Mountain”.
Manual and Mechanical harvest. Carbonic maceration and traditional fermentation after de-stemming. Many rackings and control of the temperatures (30° C max). Long macerations of more or less 30 days according to tasting.
In stainless steel tank for 85% of the cuvee and 15% in one or two years old barrels.

This blend of Grenache and Syrah is of dark crimson. Nose is complex with red fruit , raspberry and caramel notes. The mouth is full with a good roundness and quite soft tannins
