<h3>Vignoble</h3><p>Located at the North of Pezenas in the “Haut Languedoc”.</p>
<h3>Vinification</h3><p>Carbonic maceration for about 70% of the wine and traditional fermentation for the remaining 30%.</p>
<h3>Elevage</h3><p>In stainless steel tank and 10% of the wine in American Oak barrels.</p>
<h3>Analyses</h3><p>Alc : 13% Vol AT : 4.85 (tartric) SR : 1.23 gr/l pH :3.82</p>
<h3>Notes de dégustation</h3><p>It has a dark bright red colour with intense aromas of red fruits as blackberries. Mouth is large and round with dominant fruit aromas. Finish is long and generous.</p>
<h3>Mets et Vins</h3><p>Excellent with grilles or roasted meat, pizzas, pastas and white cheeses. </p>
<h3>Potentiel de vieillisement</h3><p>5 years.</p>
