De-stemming, and cold pre-fermentation maceration during 2 to 4 days. Alcoholic fermentation at average temperature of 25°C. Skin maceration during 15 days to 3 weeks . Separation of the free run wine and press wine. Malolactic fermentation.
In stainless steel tank and 3 month in French oak barrels.

With a nice deep dark colour with vanilla and red fruit aromas dominated by spices. Mouth is large round and fat but ends with pleasant notes of spices.
Enjoy this wine with grilled lamb, charcuterie, and cheeses.
