Roussanne and Viognier are from young and Marsanne are old bush vines which have been converted to trellises.
Roussanne and 13% of the Grenache Blanc were tank fermented. Marsanne and 14%of the Grenache Blanc oak fermentedin 1 year old oak barrels. Viognier oak fermented (2 year old barrels).
The barrel and tank portions are kept separately for 10 months before bottling.

The fermentation in French oak barrels gives a perfumed honeysuckle richness to the wine which is complemented by the lime freshness of the tank fermented Grenache Blanc and Roussanne.
This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, or with scallops, salmon, poultry, spicy dishes and cheeses.
