The Syrah is trellised on single wire canopies and the Grenache and Mourvedre on bush vines.
De-stemmed, crushed and fermented with daily racking and returning long skin maceration after alcoholic fermentation.
25% of the wine was matured in one-year-old barrels and 75% in three-year-old barrels (French oak) for 12 months.

Creamy notes on the nose with spicy, raspberry fruit and vanillin oak characters. Fine, round tannins are complemented by red berry characters.
An excellent accompaniment to game and other meat dishes, as well as with spicy food.
