70% de-stemmed, fermented under controlled temperatures, long maceration following alcoholic fermentation. 30% carbonic maceration.
Matured for 14 months. 70% of the wine was matured in new American oak barrels and 30% in two-year-old American barrels.

Concentrated rich chocolate, lavender, plum, berry and spice characters are complemented by a rich concentrated palate with fine tannins.
An excellent accompaniment to lamb, game and other meat dishes, cheese and chocolate.
