This wine has a deep ruby colour. Its red fruits flavours (cherry and blackcurrant), enhanced by spicy cinnamon notes and the fresh aromas of the garrigue, finish on smooth vanilla hints. It is soft and rich on the palate with fresh red fruits at the end.
Idealy served with mediterranean food, this wine is also the best accompaniment with goat and ewe cheeses. Serve at 18 °C
