This wine has a deep rubis colour. Its red fruits scents (cherry and blackberry) are in harmony with spiced cinnamon flavours and the fresh hints of the "garrigue", finishing on delicate vanilla aromas. Its is rich and sweet on the palate with fresh red fruits hints at the end.
This wine is a perfect match for fine dishes and mediterranean food as well as goat and ewe cheeses. Serve at 18 °C
