In the "Rivesaltais" area, one of the hottest and sunniest "terroirs" in Languedoc
Grenache and Mourvèdre are hand-picked. All de-stemmed and with a long skin maceration (28 days).
25 % of the total harvest is aged in new French barrels (14% in 225 litres barrels and 10% in 600 litres barrels)

With its beautiful deep dark colour, this wine offers streng aromas of red fruits jam and orange bark. It has hints of caramel, fig (fresh or in jam) and quince paste. It is rich and silky on the palate, finishing on very fruity notes.
This wine is best enjoyed with salads, mediterranean food, grilled meats and cheeses. Serve at 18 °C
