This wine has a beautifull pale yellow colour and a very expressive nose with white flowers notes and delicate white peaches aromas. It is fat, and well-balanced on the palate with a good freshness, apricot, lemon and citrus notes. It has a long pleasant fruity finish with vanilla hints.
It is best enjoyed as an aperitif and with starters, fish, salads, tapas, white meats and cheeses. Serve well-chilled.
